Description
Additional information

The book explores the structural and thematic connections between the Mandaean Ginza Rba and the Gnostic Apocryphon of John. The author argues that the key to understanding the complex composition of the Ginza Rba lies in the Sethian Gnostic tradition represented in the Secret (Apocryphon) of John. Through detailed textual comparison, The author demonstrates significant shared motifs, cosmological structures, and theological parallels, revealing a deep and previously underexplored Sethian influence on Mandaean literature.
